Provider-controlled information
Providers create and maintain their own public profile information, including credentials, practice details, specialties, modalities, insurance or payment options, availability, visit types, and links.
Initial review and periodic confirmation
Profiles are submitted for review before first publication. Published profiles can display a last-verified date so visitors can see when the provider most recently confirmed the listing.
No paid organic ranking boost
Basic and Advanced plans affect profile features. They do not buy a higher default position in the directory. The default order is alphabetical by last name; visitors can choose other available sort methods.
Directory listing is not an endorsement
Publication does not mean the guide endorses a provider, guarantees licensure status, guarantees availability, or determines whether the provider is clinically appropriate for a particular person. Visitors should independently confirm credentials and important details.
Changes and removal
Profiles may be corrected, unpublished, or removed when information is materially inaccurate, a provider requests removal, or the listing no longer meets directory requirements.
