Local contact information gets a higher verification bar
Specific local phone numbers, addresses, hours, eligibility rules, shelter information, and crisis-program details are published only after they are checked against current official or primary sources. When current-source verification is not available, the guide does not invent or guess those details.
Last updated is not the same as clinician reviewed
A page may show when its content was updated. That does not mean a clinician reviewed the page unless the page explicitly identifies a reviewer and review date.
Corrections and updates
Information can change. When a material factual issue is identified, the goal is to correct it promptly and update affected pages. Provider listing details remain the provider’s responsibility to keep current, subject to publication and verification rules.
Emergency content
Crisis pages prioritize concise safety information and established emergency pathways. They are intentionally different from routine educational pages.
